Your satisfaction is our top priority at Furply. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return, exchange, or refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Request a Return

  1. Email sophie@furply.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  3. If approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-15 business days and credited to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged Items

If your package arrived badly damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement. If it arrived partially damaged (excluding minor imperfections such as small scratches or slight wrinkles), you may be eligible for a partial refund or replacement. To process this, email sophie@furply.com with clear photos or a video of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, contact us at sophie@furply.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has no tracking update and appears to be lost or stuck in transit for more than 45 days after shipment, please contact us at sophie@furply.com and we will reship your order or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: personalized or custom-made items, items that have been used, washed, or altered, and items marked as final sale.
