We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. During peak seasons and holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time on our Track Your Order.
If your order shows no tracking movement for more than 45 days after shipment, please contact us at sophie@furply.com and we will investigate immediately. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
